How do I pay?
Ready-design pieces are cash on delivery. Made-to-order pieces need an advance (usually 30%) by bank transfer to lock your order — the rest is paid in cash on delivery. Custom CNC pieces need a 50% advance, and the rest is paid when the piece is ready, before delivery (no cash on delivery for custom work). Card payments are coming soon.
Where do you deliver?
Small items ship anywhere in Pakistan by courier. Larger pieces like beds, dressing tables and coffee tables are delivered and installed by our own team in Rawalpindi & Islamabad.
How long does it take?
Most pieces are made after you order and take 7–14 days. Beds, sofas and large custom pieces take 2–4 weeks. Each product page shows its time.
Can I see the product before buying?
Yes — visit our workshop at Shahzain Plaza, Main GT Road (opposite DHA Phase 2), any day except Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM. You can see our machines, materials and finished work.
Can I see my custom design before paying?
Yes. For custom CNC orders, our designer sends you a free design picture with the price on WhatsApp, and 1 change is free (more changes are Rs 500 each). Once you approve, you pay a 50% advance and we start making. We send photos and a video of the ready piece, you pay the rest, and then we deliver. Custom orders can't be cancelled or returned once making starts.
Can you change the size, colour or finish?
Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with what you need and we'll quote a custom version.
What if it arrives damaged?
Check your order when it arrives and send us photos on WhatsApp within 48 hours. We'll repair or replace any piece damaged in delivery.
